WHERE YOU'LL STAY
The resort is located on the shores of Boka Kotorska Bay, 250 meters from the Adriatic Sea. The complex is comprised of three main features: the Palace of Sports Igalo, a hotel and a restaurant for 200 seats, as well as a spacious parking zone with access to the Adriatic highway.
Igalo is deservedly considered one of the most environmentally friendly resorts in Europe. The mountain range and the pine forest, combined with the sea air, create a unique climate favorable for training and recovery/recuperation for athletes after sports training. Igalo's basketball facilities are second to none and will be a welcomed feature for all players at this camp. The sports hall is within walking distance from the hotel, for your ultimate convenience.
The infrastructure of the hotel was specially created for the reception of sports teams, which, coupled with the rich experience of welcoming and hosting guests with warmth and hospitality makes the hotel a perfect accompaniment to the basketball camp activities. 35 comfortable rooms of various sizes are available on site, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator & TV. There is free WIFI throughout the hotel so you can stay connected to friends and family back at home.
The hotel’s restaurant offers two types an a-la carte menu, which includes fine Mediterranean cuisine, focused towards healthy, nutritious meals for all athletes and guests. Please note, menu's can be amended/changed to meet all dietary requirements.
All the coaches working with BDA Camps are highly-skilled, thoroughly trained and educated FIBA Licensed coaches. The entire programme was put together by the late, great, Dejan Milojevic and Bane Vukovic, with all camp coaching staff carefully selected from Coach Milojevic's current or former assistants.
Coach Milojević is well-known and beloved across NBA and global basketball circles, sadly recently passing away, however BDA Camps continue on in his honour to fulfil his vision of teaching young players how to play the right way and carry his legacy forward to the next generation. The former coach of NBA 2-time MVP, NBA Champion and perennial All-Star Nikola Jokić, Coach Milojević has also coached and developed 6 other NBA players which include Boban Marjanovic (Dallas Mavericks), Ivica Zubac (LA Clippers), Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot (Brooklyn Nets), Goga Bitadze (Indiana Pacers), Vlatko Čančar (Denver Nuggets)and Adam Mokoka (Chicago Bulls) in addition to many other players who have gone on to play successfully in the Euroleague. The team of coaches at BDA have been mentored and developed under Coach Milojevic and bring their expertise to BDA International Camps.

Included in the camp price is an amazing excursion to the beautiful Kotor Bay, one of Europe's most beautiful 'best kept secrets'.
Our camp training schedule for each player is split into two training sessions per day - with one in the morning and one in the late afternoon.
After the first training session in the morning, time is reserved for players education. We believe that psychological preparation for games is very important for every players overall development so they can perform at their best in competition. We incorporate appropriate lessons around this invaluable topic after our morning training sessions.
We also teach players about exercises that help their basketball development as well as how to lead a healthy lifestyle with good eating habits that support their basketball goals.
After lunch and athlete rest, we go for our second training session of the day. We then break for dinner and then evenings are reserved for games.

PRICE: £650 for the full week, inclusive of hotel accommodation, 3 meals per day, all training sessions, excursions and airport transfers* and access to all facilities.
*For groups 9+ airport transfers are free. For those with less than 9, airport transfer to and from the airport to the resport/hotel will range between £30-£50pp.
Teams or groups who are travelling together are advised to contact group sales at any of the key airlines flying to the camp desintation for the best price.
Those travelling in smaller groups are required to contact us and detail travel arrangements and arrival times so BDA can either arrange transfers of be aware of what time you will arrive as the resort in order to meet and greet you.
Parents are responsible for organising and securing flights for their children to and from the destination. Upon arrival, airport transfer provided by BDA will take you from the airport to the resort and return you back to the airport at the conclusion of camp.
In some instances, it may be possible to travel with a larger attending group, if you are not attending with a group already. If you have any concerns around travel or want to align and travel with others attending this camp, contact us and we will do all we can to assist.
