• Individual Sessions: 1-on-1 instruction from a quality coach accelerates your development and builds skills at a level higher than you can reach alone.  Hire an approved LSB trainer and build your skills at your own pace with a personalised approach to your skills development.

• Schools Coaching: hire a LSB coach to teach your pupils individual and team fundamentals while also  developing your school, college or university team.
