2.3 Players and Members: All players and members are expected to treat others with respect and to support the club's commitment to equity and inclusion. They should report any instances of discrimination or harassment to the appropriate club officials.
Reporting and Enforcement
3.1 Reporting: Any member who witnesses or experiences discrimination, harassment, or other violations of this policy should report the incident to the Club Welfare Officer or a member of the Club Committee.
3.2 Investigation: All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, with appropriate measures taken to address any violations and prevent future occurrences.
3.3 Disciplinary Action: Members who engage in discriminatory or harassing behavior may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership.
